Questions

What's included?

Measuring your room, the tiles, every piece made to fit, delivery, prep, a waterproofing check, laying, grout and silicone.

Do I need to supply anything?

No. We bring the tiles and everything needed to lay them. The room just needs to be clear and ready for us.

How long does it take?

Every room is different. We'll give you dates when we give you your price.

Can I use my own tiles?

The price includes tiles from our range, because every piece is made to fit before we arrive. If you have something else in mind, tell us in your request.

What if I'm outside Otago or Southland?

We're not installing there yet. You can still order any tile from the shop, delivered anywhere in NZ, and join the list for when the System reaches you.

Is GST included?

Yes. Every price we give you includes GST.
